Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
Returns
Because body care is personal, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives sealed and unused, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
